Lantac USA AR-15 parts like the Dragon muzzle brake and BMD blast mitigation device for sale by Omaha Outdoors are meant for the shooter who wants aggressive recoil reduction methods made from the highest quality materials and featuring modern, durable finishes. In addition, the Lantac ebcg or E-BCG contains innovative design changes meant to reduce recoil and make shooting an AR15 smoother than ever before. Matching handguards, gas blocks and tubes, and even complete Lantac AR15 rifles are meant to bring the whole package together for the seriously smooth shooter.
Lantac Dragon: Only Slightly Fire Breathing
Lantac's best known product is probably the Dragon muzzle brake, made of hardened milspec steel and nitrided for the ultimate in corrosion and wear resistance. Every Lantac Dragon is serial numbered for quality control and features three large ports directing gases to the side, four top ports directing gases upward, and a short triangle-style front end reminiscent of the flash hiders of yore. However, the Dragon is not meant to reduce muzzle flash, instead being meant to reduce recoil and push the muzzle down when firing rapidly. It's available for in 5.56x45, 7.62x51, and 7.62x39 for centerfire rifles like the AR15, AR10, SCAR-16/SCAR-17, and AK47 as well as in 9mm versions with various muzzle threads for Colt 9mm SMGs and their derivatives as well as the Sig MPX. The Lantac BMD or Blast Mitigation Device is meant to work with the Dragon and will prevent shooters to the left and right of the shooter with the Dragon from being concussed by the Dragon's impressively sized muzzle brake ports.
Lantac Raven: Ultimate in Low Recoil?
The Lantac Raven rifle is chock-full of proprietary design features and parts from muzzle devices to buffer systems to the enhanced bolt carrier group sought after in certain circles. One of the very few rifles to feature a 14.5" barrel and an intermediate gas system, the Raven is designed to be as smooth and low recoiling as is possible from the already smooth-shooting AR platform. The intermediate gas system was originally designed for 18" barrel designated marksman rifles when 20" barrel rifle gas systems cut to 18" started having reliability problems in extreme cold, but Lantac has taken that several steps farther by shortening the barrel to 14.5" – the same length as an M4 carbine, but with a pinned and welded Dragon muzzle brake just barely forward of the Lantac-made gas block under a lightweight Spada-M 12.5" M-Lok handguard. Trigger is a CMC single stage with a pull weight of 3.5lb, and the Enhanced BCG or EBCG with its nickel boron plating, modified cam pin, and different port design also promises to make shooting smoother than ever. The E-BCG is also available separately for those looking to pump up the performance of their AR15. Finally, the Raven features the proprietary ABS buffer system for even more recoil reduction.
