Hello, my friends. It is FPS Russia again. I have a pretty good video for you today. I always say that, but I’m very happy about today’s video because I got a new gun. I have always wanted one of these. It’s a Colt. 45.
It’s a model 1911. This one is actually a Springfield Armory. The 1911 is a pistol that has been around for exactly 100 years. I hope you can see the detail. It’s been around for a very long time, as I said. Browning invented this pistol.
It’s been used in World War I, World War II, Vietnam and Korea. It’s still used today by the FBI and other task forces. It’s a very, very good pistol. The fire is a .45 ACP cartridge, which is actually named after the pistol. It’s about twice as large as a 9 mm.
Today I have some more melons set up for you. We’re going to test out the accuracy on this pistol. Then I’ll step over and shoot some paper.
Okay, so there you go. I got all the melons. If you watch closely, you can see me hit them all. Not all of them exploded, but that was some pretty good shooting. I have to say, out of all of the guns that I have, I think this is my new favorite.
We’ll step over there and shoot some paper, and we’ll see what kind of a group I can shoot. Okay, so we have our angry clown setup over there. It’s about 20, 25 meters, something like that. I don’t know why I always end up shooting clowns.
The thing is nobody likes clowns, so no one really complains about it. Let’s see what we can do.
I’m going to zoom in so you can see what I did. I wasn’t really going for precision, just kind of getting all the rounds out and seeing how the gun felt. I think I did okay anyway.
Okay, I shoot a pretty decent pattern. That’s not too bad. I think I can do better. I definitely think that the gun can do better. I’ve got to say, as I mentioned earlier, I’m pretty sure this is my favorite gun that I own now.
I think I’m going to carry it everywhere from now on. I will say this, I’ve got a lot of nice videos coming up in the next two or three weeks. The .50 Caliber sniper, the BAR — I’m going to get an M1 Garand, a trench gun, get two mac 10s, one in each hand.
I’ve got a vacation between when I can film those and now. Those should be coming up in about two weeks, something like that. I’m going to upload videos while I’m on my little vacation on my paintball trip.
Don’t worry. There won’t be big gaps where there are no videos. I hope you enjoyed this video. If you’re interested in this gun, there’s some more information in the description. Be sure to stick in and watch the next video because we’re going to shoot a panda.
